1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Soft Host ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses our services.

2. Description of Services

Soft Host provides web hosting services including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and related tools. Services are subject to the specifications described in your selected plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for all content hosted under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (?) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Refund Policy: We offer a money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. Setup fees and dedicated server orders are non-refundable.

Renewals: Services automatically renew at the then-current renewal rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send renewal reminders 14 days in advance.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Hosting malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent content
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting resources
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

6. Uptime Guarantee (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all hosting plans. If we fail to meet this guarantee in a given month, you may request a service credit. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
